This one grows guitars.

Here is a musical instrument sticker with a story in it: a smiling tree whose every branch ends in a guitar or another instrument, illustrated in a flat retro style. Instrument Tree suits players, music teachers and anyone raised in a home where something was always being tuned, and it is a simple add-on to a music lover’s gift.

The art: a tree that plays in every key

A coral-pink tree stands in the middle of the square, with dark strokes for bark and roots spreading along the ground. On its trunk is a simple cartoon face, one large eye and a curved smile, which makes the whole tree look pleased with its harvest. Higher up, the trunk splits into about eight curling branches.

Each branch tip carries something to play. There are teal guitars on the left, a mustard-yellow guitar with a round sound hole at the top, a black guitar with a red headstock on the right, and a small round-bodied instrument with a long neck lower down. A few looser shapes fill the gaps, among them one that looks like a tuning fork, and a single green leafy sprig serves as a reminder that this is still a tree.

Behind the branches hangs a pale gray-green circle, something between a moon and a low sun. Teal scalloped bushes flank the trunk, thin teal dashes mark the ground, and round pinwheel-style flowers in coral, mustard and teal stack down both sides. An arched line of two words in plump cream capitals crowns the scene, a small pinwheel dot between them. All of it rests on a solid dark navy square, in the flat folk-art colors of a 1970s poster.

The meaning is easy to read: different instruments, the same trunk. Every player you know learned from somebody, and the music keeps branching.

What the sticker is made of

A rounded-corner square, kiss cut so a white border runs around the navy art

Opaque film: place it on top of an older sticker or a painted area and none of that shows behind the tree

Bubble-free application, fast enough to do between songs

Holds up to regular use thanks to durable vinyl

Start with a clean surface for a neat result

Who it's for

Guitar and string players, music teachers, band parents, open-mic regulars and the family where every cousin plays something. Ideas for a spot: a lesson folder, a songbook cover, a laptop, the lid of an instrument case. It fits a teacher appreciation card, a recital day, a housewarming for a musical household or a going-away present for a bandmate.

Quick answers

How large is the printed tree on each option?

Pick any square option and the whole sticker is the picture, about 3, 4 or 5½ inches across. On 15″×3.75″ the tree is smaller, about 3¾ inches (9.5 cm) square, rather than a strip.

Which instruments grow on the tree?

Mostly guitars, joined by a few other instruments sketched as loose, playful shapes. They are stylized on purpose, so the tree reads as music in general instead of one section of the band.

Why does the tree have a face?

It gives the art its character. One big eye and a smile on the trunk turn the tree into the host of the party, a friendly touch for a classroom or a family music corner.

Shipping and returns

Free US shipping.
