Peaks and Pines Brew is an easy present for anyone who says yes to every trip.

The art: a hatched ridge with pines, lettered above and below

Three rugged summits fill the middle of the print in black pen lines, the center one rising highest. Fine hatching fills the left slope of every summit while the right slope stays white, the way a quick trail-journal sketch would.

Small pines stand along the base of the center summit, and a short cluster sits at the far right. Above the drawing, a bowed line of slanted capitals ends in three dots. Below it, two centered lines of heavier, upright capitals form a short phrase, with a tiny cup viewed from above beside the final word; its handle points left and its foam carries a heart.

Only black ink is used, set on the white coating of the mug like a stamp in a trail logbook. No single mountain is pictured, which keeps the sketch open to whichever trail you favor.

Why this enamel mug suits a camp kitchen

Capacity is 12 oz, so it works for a drink or for a hot meal at camp

Glossy enamel coating finished with a silver rim

Lightweight and durable, and the handle lets it ride on the outside of your bag on a hike

Lead-free and BPA-free, which matters for something you drink and eat from

The sketch is printed twice, once on each side, with plain enamel between the two

Hand-wash only: rinse it at the camp sink or at home, and skip the dishwasher

Who it's for

Car campers, backpackers, day hikers, van travelers and cabin weekenders, plus the desk-bound ones counting the days until the next trip. It belongs in a camp box, on a tailgate or on a picnic table. It makes sense for a camper's birthday, as a holiday gift, or tucked into the gear pile at the start of the season.

Quick answers

How should I heat what goes in it?

Do the warming in a pot or a kettle and pour it in afterward, because the coating can be damaged by heating inside the mug.

Why does enamel pick up marks with use?

Enamel has a rough, porous surface, so a dark drink such as coffee, tea or juice can leave a tint behind after a while. That is normal for the material. A little lemon juice or soda and a gentle scrub with a hard sponge clears it.

What is a handy way to carry it on a hike?

Loop a strap or a hook of your own through the handle and hang the mug from your bag. Nothing for attaching it comes with the order.

Where does it fit in besides a campsite?

On a desk, a porch rail or a kitchen shelf. Enamel is as usable at home as outdoors, and the sketch keeps the mountains in view between trips.

Shipping and returns

Free US shipping.
