If for any reason you're not 100% happy with your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay! Whether it's the fit, color, or simply a change of mind — we’re here to make sure you're fully satisfied.

🔁 Exchanges

We happily offer exchanges for sizing, color, or design preferences within 30 days of delivery. All we ask is that the item is:

Unused
Unwashed
In its original condition

If your desired exchange item is unavailable, we’ll process a full refund instead.

❗ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Although rare, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will prioritize these issues and replace or refund your order as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

🚚 Return Shipping

For returns due to damage or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs.

For exchanges or returns due to preference (size, color, design, buyer’s remorse): Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

In many cases, we may not require you to physically return the item and may authorize a refund after reviewing your request — this helps minimize environmental impact and unnecessary shipping.

💸 Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

🏷️ Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

📍 Where to Send Returns

Please contact us before sending anything back. Email 📧 support@razits.com with your order number. We'll confirm whether the item needs to be returned (in many cases it doesn't) and which return address applies to your order.

Please do not send returns to our registered office in Wyoming or to our design studio in Mumbai. Neither location handles or accepts returned items, and packages sent there cannot be processed.

Our products are made and shipped by partner facilities in the United States and Europe, so returns go back to the partner facility that produced your order:
