Once you place an order, production begins automatically. As our products are made-to-order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Estimated Delivery = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time. Shipping times vary by region (typically 3–12 business days). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
Refunds and Exchanges
We proudly offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item — no questions asked.
