A small, bright reminder to grow a little every day.

This mushroom poster, Pixel Heart Meadow, paints a sunny morning in retro pixel art, with one red heart floating over green hills, spotted caps at the edges and a checkered path leading into the valley. Printed on a smooth matte sheet, it hangs as a gentle daily nudge and makes a warm present for anyone starting fresh.

The design: a pixel meadow under one big heart

A flat, bright blue sky fills the top two-thirds. At the very top floats a single large red pixel heart with a white shine, flanked by fluffy white pixel clouds, while little gold stars and purple sparkles twinkle on both sides and two tiny cloud puffs drift in between.

In the middle, three lines of chunky white pixel letters, each with a black outline and a soft drop shadow, spell out an encouraging line about getting a little better each day, the kind of words worth reading before you head out the door.

Below, green pixel hills slope down into a valley. Two teal-green trees stand on the slopes, a red-capped mushroom with white spots keeps watch at each side, a tiny red bloom sits in the dip and an orange-tan checkered path climbs up from the bottom edge, inviting a first step.

Every shape is built from square pixels in flat, cheerful colors, the look of the side-scrolling worlds many of us explored as kids. There are no characters and no logos, just the meadow, the sky and its message.

Bright pixels on a sturdy, low-glare sheet

• Five squares, 10″×10″ (25.4 × 25.4 cm) through 18″×18″ (45.7 × 45.7 cm), plus eleven upright sizes from 5″×7″ (12.7 × 17.8 cm) to 24″×36″ (61.0 × 91.4 cm), including A2 (16.5″×23.3″, 41.9 × 59.2 cm) and A1 (23.3″×33.1″, 59.2 × 84.1 cm)
• Enhanced matte paper, 189 g/m² and 10.3 mil, with a flat, low-shine surface that keeps the light sky soft and even beside a sunny window
• 94% opacity, so the wall color never ghosts through the pale sky
• 104% ISO brightness for clean whites in the clouds and the lettering
• Japanese-sourced paper, printed to order
• Ships without a frame, so you can choose one that suits the room

Who it's for

Retro game fans, pixel-art lovers, students and anyone keeping up a small daily routine, from journaling to music practice. As mushroom wall art with a bright, kind message, it lifts a child's bedroom, a playroom, a dorm wall, a craft corner or a home office, and it suits a back-to-school present, a birthday or a get-well wish.

Quick answers

Is it a funny poster?

No, it is sincere. The pixel scene and its short message are there to cheer you on, not to crack a joke, which makes it an easy fit for a classroom, a bedroom or an office.

Do the mushrooms show on every size?

On the five squares both spotted mushrooms sit fully inside the picture. The portrait sizes trim the sides a little, so each mushroom and the outer clouds are partly cut by the edge, while the heart, words, path and trees stay whole.

Is it from a particular video game?

No. It is an original illustration in a classic 8-bit style, with generic mushrooms, trees and a heart rather than any game's characters or logos.

Which size suits a child's room?

8″×10″ (20.3 × 25.4 cm) is sized for a shelf or a spot by the light switch. Above a bed, the 16″×16″ square (40.6 × 40.6 cm) or 16″×20″ (40.6 × 50.8 cm) can be read from the doorway.
