Player one is ready, whiskers and all.

This chibi cat sticker carries Player Purr 1: a wide-eyed tabby kitten in a gaming headset, mic in front of its mouth, ready for the next match. It tells everyone in voice chat who really runs your setup, and it makes a quick present for any cat person with a controller.

The design: a chibi cat sticker with a kitten on mic

A chibi kitten sits facing you with both front paws tucked forward and its tail curled around to the right. Its face, chest and paws are white, while its head and back are light grey with darker tabby stripes. Pink inner ears, a pink nose, a few whiskers, a small smile and huge, glossy green eyes give it a wide-awake, first-round look.

Over its ears sits a dark navy over-ear gaming headset. A green glow strip with a mint inner line runs along the headband, each ear cup carries a glowing ring (green on the left, pink, purple and blue on the right), and a boom mic curves around to its mouth.

Across the top, PLAYER PURR 1 is set in chunky white pixel-style capitals edged in black, a cat-sized twist on the tag every gamer knows from the first controller. Mint burst dashes spark out on both sides and below, with a few small white dots between them. The kitten itself is drawn in a clean cartoon style with bold black outlines; only the lettering takes the pixel look.

Made to sit flat on your gear

• Shaped kiss-cut: the white edge hugs the lettering, the kitten and its burst marks, and the smallest dashes sit on their own tiny white islands
• Light can’t get through the vinyl, so a paint chip or last year’s sticker beneath the kitten never peeks out
• Settles onto the surface and leaves no air pockets
• Made from sturdy vinyl that copes with being handled, bagged and carried all day
• Start on a clean, dust-free surface so every edge holds

Who it's for

Cat owners who stream with a furry co-op partner on the desk, players who like their gear cute, and anyone whose cat has strolled across the keyboard mid-match. Stick it on the lid of a streaming laptop, the edge of a monitor, a headset stand or the cover of a game-notes journal. Tuck it into a Christmas stocking, a birthday card or a new-laptop present.

Quick answers

Does the kitten stretch out on the 15″×3.75″ sheet?

No, you get one kitten, centered on the sheet. The art is fitted to the sheet’s 3.75″ height, so the kitten and lettering stay square at about 3.0″ wide and 3.2″ tall. It is not a long strip.

What does Player Purr 1 mean?

It’s a cat’s spin on the player-one tag gamers use for whoever holds the first controller. Swap in a purr, and the kitten claims the top spot in the lobby.

Does the headset glow in the dark?

No. The green, mint and pink-purple glow on the headset is printed color, so it stays bright in daylight but does not light up or shine in a dark room.
