Some days need one reminder: PRESS PLAY EVERYDAY.
This retro futuristic poster is a neon glitch-inspired gaming artwork that celebrates consistency, play, and progress, with three slanted words stacked over a glowing game controller. Hang it where your day begins, or wrap it for the gamer, streamer or creative who lives by the mantra “Press Play Everyday.”
The design: three words and a neon controller on a glowing grid
PRESS, PLAY and EVERYDAY stack on three lines in heavy white italic capitals, climbing on a rising diagonal from lower left to upper right. Thin pink and cyan offsets trace every letter, a chromatic glitch shift, as if the print were caught mid-flicker. EVERYDAY is printed as one word on the bottom line.
Behind the lettering, a large wired game controller fills the width of the sheet, drawn as a glowing cyan-blue outline around a dark body. A cross-shaped D-pad sits on the left and four round face buttons on the right: green at the top, pink at the right, blue at the bottom and teal-green at the left. A short row of small square dots marks the center, two thumbstick rings peek out from behind the letters, and the cable curls up from the top in a loose hook.
Pink, cyan and purple speed streaks fly across both sides, a magenta glow burns behind the controller, and underneath it a cyan spotlight pools on a neon perspective grid, the 80s synthwave floor that runs off toward the horizon. The background is black, deepening to purple at the center, which gives the neon something dark to push against.
The motion streaks and glitching letters keep the whole piece moving, symbolizing momentum and the daily drive to keep going. It works like a start screen for the day: pick up the controller, the sketchbook or the unfinished project, and begin.

Who it's for
Gamers who play a little every day, streamers building a backdrop, and creatives and students who need a push to open the project again. It belongs over a monitor, beside a streaming setup, in a dorm or in a first apartment, and it makes an upbeat present for a birthday, a gamer friend's new place, a room makeover or a January reset.
Quick answers
Does the gamepad copy a known brand?
No. The outline is generic: plain round face buttons, no symbols, no logo and nothing that points to one console maker, so any player can read it as their own pad.
How does the art change between square and tall sizes?
The squares hold the controller whole, with black space on both sides and every speed streak in view. Portrait sizes let the grips reach the side edges and add more black above and more grid below. The three words are complete on every size.
Will the neon glow like a light?
No. The neon is ink on paper, so it shines only as brightly as the room around it. A lamp or an LED strip nearby lifts the cyan, pink and purple, and the non-glossy surface cuts down on screen glare.
Which size works as a streaming backdrop?
For the wall your webcam sees, 18″×24″ (45.7 × 61.0 cm) or 20″×30″ (50.8 × 76.2 cm) keeps all three words legible over your shoulder. For a bookcase or a spot beside your screen, a 10″×10″ (25.4 × 25.4 cm) square fits the entire controller.
