A rugby ball lies on its side and looks right back at you. The body is cream, with two big round black eyes lit by white shine spots, pink blush ovals on the cheeks and a small open smile showing a pink tongue. Both pointed ends are wrapped in crossing bands of pink-red, mustard yellow and green, and a row of five short dusty-blue stitches runs along the top.

Above and below, the three words of the design's name arch in fat, rounded bubble capitals, each letter in its own shade of dusty blue, pink-red, green or mustard, outlined in dark ink with a drop shadow. Pink hearts with a white shine sit left and right, a smaller one floats at the upper right, and yellow four-point sparkles twinkle on both sides. It is all kawaii cartoon work with bold dark outlines, and there is no crest, flag or team name anywhere on it.

No. It's an independent cartoon design with no club, union or national side attached, and the stripes on the ball are pure decoration. That makes it fair game for any supporter, whoever you cheer for.
