The whole crew showed up, and so did a monster.

A teamwork poster in pixel art, for the people who cheer loudest when the group wins: seven smiling figures of mixed ages crowd under a gold banner while a big purple monster grins behind them. It is printed square on matte paper and made to order.

The design: a mixed-age crew and one grinning monster

TEAM is spelled out in white pixel capitals at the top center, above a gold ribbon banner with folded ends that reads LVL-UP. The scene sits on black with a thin gold line around the art, so the banner and the figures glow, and the 16-bit sprite look gives it a friendly, old-console warmth.

The back row holds a man in a green cap and green sweatshirt waving one hand, an older bald man with a white beard and a red sweater pointing a finger up, and in the middle a large purple horned monster in armor with yellow eyes and a toothy grin, hands clasped. Five younger figures fill the front row: a green cap and green hoodie with one finger raised, brown hair with a yellow sweater, curly blond hair with a white shirt, blond hair with a purple top, and red hair with a blue sweater. Most clasp their hands or make fists, and every one of them is smiling. They stand on a gray floor with a small green patch under the front row.

Who it's for

Families who play together, co-op and party-game groups, classroom and staff-room decorators, plus anybody who wants a nerdy way to say we are in this together. It looks right over a game-night shelf, a desk, a playroom wall or a team's break room. Give it as an end-of-season gift, a family milestone present or a welcome for a new teammate.

Quick answers

What does the banner say?

TEAM sits above a banner lettered LVL-UP, gamer shorthand for gaining a level. Those two words are the only text on the print.

Are these characters from a game?

The print shows an everyday crew and a generic horned monster, with no game logos or named characters, so it suits any group of players.

Will the small figures read from across the room?

At 16″×16″ (40.6 × 40.6 cm) or 18″×18″ (45.7 × 45.7 cm) the faces, hand gestures and banner lettering stay clear from a few steps back. 10″×10″ (25.4 × 25.4 cm) or 12″×12″ (30.5 × 30.5 cm) fit a shelf end or a narrow wall gap.

Is the background in the photos part of the print?

Only the square scene is printed. The blurred lights and the wall in the photos are just staging, not part of what ships.
