The kettle clicks, the steam curls, and the morning gets its little fanfare.

Curling pixel steam, a little tan saucer and a three-row reward note make this pixel art coffee cup design a cheerful start for anyone who plays games and drinks coffee in the same breath. It comes on a shiny black ceramic mug that suits slow weekend mornings as well as rushed weekday ones.

Pixel Saucer Coffee: a small cup with a big moment

At the top sits a white pixel cup, shaded in light grey and filled almost to the rim with dark coffee. Under it lies a flat tan-brown saucer drawn at a slight angle, as though you were looking down at the table, and three wavy lines of white pixel steam drift up above it.

Below the cup, white blocky capitals stacked in three lines of roughly equal size spell out a playful reward message for the most ordinary task of the day: getting a coffee into your hands. Each letter carries a soft rose-pink shadow toward the lower right, which lifts the words off the black glaze and gives them the warm glow of an old arcade monitor.

The palette keeps to white, light grey, tan and pink on black, a 16-bit-style mix that feels cozy rather than loud. It suits people who like their gaming nostalgia gentle and their coffee hot.

Who it's for

Players who brew before they boot up, night-shift workers whose morning starts at dusk, and pixel-art fans who keep their shelves full of retro trinkets. It fits a gaming desk, a dorm room or a breakroom cabinet. Give it for a birthday, Christmas morning or a graduation.

Quick answers

Why do the letters look like they glow?

Each letter has a soft colored shadow offset to the lower right, an old trick from early game screens that keeps words readable against a dark background.

Does it come with the saucer, or the plants and books from the photos?

Neither. The saucer is drawn into the pixel art, and the plants, books and keyboard are just set dressing in the photos. Your box holds only the mug.

Is the same art available on anything else?

Yes. The same cup, saucer and lettering also come as a sticker in our shop, if you would like a matching piece for your laptop lid or planner.
