A lone knight lifts his sword into a wall of dragon fire, and the screen reads PIXEL BOSS FIGHT.
A pixel-art knight squares off against a fire-breathing beast on this dragon mouse pad, so every session starts at the last room of the level. It's made for players who grew up on 16-bit fantasy adventures and still love the moment the music changes before a big battle.
The design: Pixel Boss Fight
Down in the lower left, a knight in blue plate armor braces his legs and raises a long silver sword with both hands. His closed helmet has a narrow visor slit and a curling pink plume, a gold belt circles his waist, and a purple-and-pink cape streams out behind him. A splash of pink light glows on the floor at his feet.
Across from him, a green dragon with pink horns, a pink mane and a red eye opens its fanged jaws and pours out a beam of fire that fades from pink to pale yellow, right where it meets the knight's blade. One clawed foreleg reaches forward and a long tail curls down the right side. Above the knight, PIXEL, BOSS and FIGHT stack in chunky pixel capitals: the outer words in coral pink, the middle one in white melting into mint. A faint gray grid marks out the floor and walls of a black arena, with a few loose pixels drifting in the dark.
A soft surface on a grippy base
- 100% polyester top layer that feels soft and carries the whole scene
- Rubber underside that holds on to the desk, so the pad doesn't wander
- Stitching wraps the outer rim and doesn't peel, keeping the border tidy
- Rounded corners with no sharp points to catch a sleeve or cable
- Slim at 0.16″ (0.4 cm), so it adds almost no height under your hand
- Vibrant, long-lasting print that suits late-night sessions
Who it's for
Retro gamers, pixel-art fans, tabletop players who love a good dragon, and anyone whose favorite part of a game is the final showdown. It suits a birthday, a holiday stocking or a Secret Santa swap, and it gives a plain desk setup an instant point of interest.
Quick answers
Does the knight-and-dragon scene fill the larger pad?
Not edge to edge. The 36″×18″ (91.4 × 45.7 cm) pad shows it once in the center, with plain black space on both sides. On the 18″×16″ (45.7 × 40.6 cm) pad it covers nearly the whole top.
Which game are the knight and dragon from?
None. They're generic retro pixel-art figures, and the pad carries no game logo, title or character. The only printed words are the three in the corner.
Is the pad machine washable?
No. Spot clean it gently by hand when it needs freshening up.
