Yes. Three of them are the square: about 3, 4 and 5½ inches a side. The fourth, 15″×3.75″, is a wide sheet with a single square of about 3¾ inches (9.5 cm) on it.

Whose hands are those?

Nobody's in particular. They are cartoon hands with white cuffs, drawn without a face or figure, so the grip can belong to whoever owns the sticker.
