Find the center. Everything else is just rings.
Tactical Focus is a bullseye mug for anyone who takes coffee and aim the same way: steady and dead center. Its ring target and contour lines look as much at home in a gaming setup as in a map-covered office, and it wraps up neatly for whoever calls the shots in your squad.
The design: heat rings over open terrain
At the heart of the artwork is a large circle built from many fine concentric rings. Its color runs like a temperature reading: a small golden-yellow disc at the very center, then orange, red and hot pink, on through violet to blue at the rim. Thin dark lines trace each ring over the gradient, the way they would on a range target or a radar scope.
One thin black vertical line and one horizontal line meet exactly at the yellow center and run past the circle to the panel's edges, each ending in a small double arrowhead. Short diagonal ticks and tiny black markers sit on the middle rings like bearing marks. There are no words, letters or numbers anywhere, so the picture never tells you what you are looking at. You decide if it is a scope, a sonar ping or a hill seen from above.
Behind the target lies a light-grey rectangular panel covered in thin, wavy black contour lines, like a page from a topographic map, with a small knot of lines spiraling in the upper right corner. The panel has clean straight edges, and white ceramic frames it on every side. All of it is spare, technical line art with one strong sweep of color.
A white bullseye mug that keeps things simple
- Glossy ceramic in white, which makes the grey map panel look like a framed print
- The target is printed two times, giving a full view from the left hand and from the right
- Put it in the microwave when a refill is too far away
- Cleanup is just as simple, because it is dishwasher safe
Who it's for
Players who favor tactical shooters and strategy games, map lovers, hikers who read contour lines for fun, darts players and designers with a taste for technical drawings. It fits a tidy desk, a drafting table or a shelf of field guides. Good moments to hand it over: a promotion, the end of a hard project, a teammate's birthday or a thank-you for the mentor who kept you on target.
Quick answers
Is this artwork taken from a video game?
No. It is an abstract target on a map-style background, with no game name, character or screen readout in it. Players often read it as a radar, but nothing printed ties it to one title.
Why is there a rectangle around the target?
That panel is part of the art. The contour-line background has its own straight edges, so it prints as a neat block on the mug instead of fading out.
Which size should I pick?
Let your usual pour decide: each option is named for the ounces it holds. The size guide gives every option's measurements if shelf space is tight.
Do the photos show the whole print?
The shots with the handle on the left do. In the others, the person's fingertips rest over the bottom edge of the panel, so a little of it is hidden.
