The design: Forge Your Path in gold with a living flame

The words stack in three centered lines of serif capitals with sharp wedge-shaped ends, the kind of letters you would expect to find cut into stone. FORGE and PATH are the large lines, and YOUR sits smaller between them. Every letter is filled with a mottled gold-leaf texture, yellow gold flecked with darker bronze, and the O of FORGE is a gold ring with an orange-yellow flame burning inside it and rising past the top of the letter.

Below the lettering stands a muscular figure in solid black silhouette, traced by a thin glowing gold outline. The stride is wide, one arm is raised high with a small burning torch whose flame reaches up into the A of PATH, and a strip of cloth hangs at the hip. From the lowered hand, a ragged streak of fire and sparks trails off to the right, while fine gold dust specks drift around the letters and the figure.

The palette stays with gold, amber, orange and black, in the bold manner of a poster. No road is marked anywhere in the picture, and the only light is the one the figure carries. That is the idea behind the three words: the way forward is whatever you choose to light up next.
