This 16-bit poster, Mode 7 Horizon, celebrates the moment a flat screen first seemed to open up into distance. The artwork is an original from RaZits, and a welcome gift for players raised on console-era racers and flight games.
The design: that tilted, rushing view
Mode 7 Horizon shows a pseudo-3D view: ground tilted, sky stretched, a warm palette. A love letter to the rendering technique that made racing and flying feel three-dimensional on 16-bit hardware. The name nods to the tilted, stretching racing-game horizon of 16-bit consoles.
That tilted view was the future for a summer. This print is for the gamer who still feels the bend.
Heavy matte paper, sized from desk to wall

Which size should I choose?
For a desk or shelf, pick 8″×10″ (20.3 × 25.4 cm). Above a monitor, 16″×20″ (40.6 × 50.8 cm) has real presence. To fill a wall, go for 20″×30″ (50.8 × 76.2 cm) or A1.
Is it art from a real game?
No. Mode 7 Horizon is our own design: it borrows a 16-bit look rather than copying any one game.
What frame will fit?
Any ready-made frame sold in the same size as your print, such as a standard 12″×18″ (30.5 × 45.7 cm) or 18″×18″ (45.7 × 45.7 cm). Want a mat around it? Choose the next frame size up with a mat opening cut to your print.
Can I hang it without a frame?
Yes. Removable poster strips or clips hold it neatly on the wall. In a busy room where corners get bumped, a frame is the safer choice.
