This rugby travel mug wears the Scrum Before Sugar badge, a shield crest in the style of a vintage sports emblem. It is for players, coaches and touchline regulars who bring a drink to the pitch.

The design: a three-word crest on a charcoal band

A shield with a white outline, a coral-red border and a teal inner border comes to a point at the bottom. Inside it, three stacked words read "SCRUM BEFORE SUGAR". The first and the last are large, heavy white block capitals with a dark outline; the middle one is smaller, set in a dark box on a gold ribbon with folded, notched ends.

One large white star with two small stars at each side tops the shield, above two teal blocks of horizontal stripes shaped like wings. Small striped teal tabs stick out left and right behind the top word, a single small white star marks the bottom point, and two thin white curved strokes sit under the lower edges.

The whole badge has a lightly distressed finish and sits on a solid charcoal-black band that runs around the upper part of the mug. The rugby comes from its first word; stars, stripes and ribbon do the rest.
