Three forest friends, one small fire, and a place in the circle kept for you.
Camp Crew of the Pines puts a cartoon raccoon, a bear and an owl on a stainless steel travel mug with handle, made for the drive out to the campsite and the slow morning after. It is an easy gift for whoever books the site every summer and still remembers the matches.
The design: a raccoon, a bear and an owl at the campfire
Chunky rounded capitals spell CAMP CREW in an arch, filled with orange that deepens to red, and the words "of the Pines" follow underneath in cream script. Behind the lettering the sky is a swirl of teal, pink, yellow and orange bands, dotted with little stars, four-point sparkles and three small pink hearts.
Below, three animals sit in a row behind the flames. On the left, a gray raccoon in lime-green sunglasses grins with its striped tail curled in front. In the middle, a brown bear with round ears and pink cheeks holds both paws toward the warmth. On the right, a brown owl with enormous dark eyes and yellow feet keeps watch. Tall green pines stand at either side, and small flowers and leafy plants edge a sandy clearing.
The style is bright, big-headed cartoon with dark outlines and a retro, slightly groovy palette. It catches the last hour of a camping day, when everyone has finally sat down, nobody is in a hurry and the logs do the talking.
Road-ready: your stainless steel travel mug with handle
- Made with stainless steel, with a side handle that gives you a firm hold on the walk from the car to the picnic table
- Fits most car cup holders, which keeps your drink within reach on the highway
- The same camp scene is printed on both sides, so whoever sits across the table gets the view too
- Lids differ by option: the smaller mug has a spill-proof plastic lid that presses in, and the larger one a screw-on lid with a straw
- Hand-wash only, so keep it out of the dishwasher when the trip is over
Who it's for
Family campers, cabin weekenders, road-trippers and anyone with a soft spot for woodland animals. It rides along on school runs, long highway days and early drives to the trailhead. Think of it for a camping friend's birthday, a Father's Day or Mother's Day surprise, or a holiday present for the outdoorsy one in the family.
Quick answers
Why should the lid be open when I add a hot drink?
Steam from a hot drink needs somewhere to go. Open the lid before you set it on a hot drink, and pressure cannot build up underneath.
Where on the mug does the artwork sit?
On the upper, wider part of the body, clear of the narrower base. The narrower lower part of the mug stays plain white.
How do I check it against my car's cup holder?
Measure the opening of the holder and compare it with the bottom diameter in the size guide. The base is narrower than the top, which is what lets the mug drop in.
