One banjo, tilted like it is mid-tune, with the notes already spilling off the neck.
A banjo sticker for the picker in your life, or for you: one line-drawn banjo lies on a diagonal while music notes drift away on wavy staff lines. Banjo Bliss keeps to plain black on a cream square, so it reads clearly at a glance and makes a small, easy gift for a jam-session friend.
The design: a banjo in black line work
A single banjo runs corner to corner, round body low on the left and headstock high on the right. The body shows a pale head inside a dark rim dotted with a row of small light blocks, then a bridge, a tailpiece and strings climbing a long dark fretboard marked with fret lines and little position dots. The headstock is solid black with a scalloped top and small round tuning pegs along both edges.
Thin wavy staff lines sweep out from behind the neck, a short set up and to the left of the body and a longer set off to the right. About fifteen notes ride them: single eighth notes, beamed pairs and quarter notes, scattered the way a fast tune feels when your fingers finally keep up.
The lettering is two words in heavy, condensed capitals, BANJO in the upper left and BLISS in the lower right, both slanted upward to match the tilt of the instrument. A touch of gray shading on the body is the only extra. There are no color accents and no clutter, which gives the square the look of an old one-color logo stamp.
Vinyl that takes daily handling
- Kiss cut around the cream square, leaving a white border with rounded corners
- High-opacity film you cannot see through, handy when you want to cover another sticker or a patch of paint
- Quick to apply, and the vinyl settles without trapped air bubbles
- Built from durable vinyl, so regular use is exactly what it is meant for
- Give the spot a wipe first so dust does not end up under the banjo
Who it's for
Pickers, students working through their first rolls, teachers, and the friend who brings a banjo to every porch jam. Fans of bluegrass and old-time tunes will feel at home with it too. Placement ideas: an instrument case, a tune notebook, a laptop lid, a practice-room door. Gift moments: a first lesson, a festival weekend, a recital, or a thank-you to the person who taught you to tune.
Quick answers
How big is the printed banjo art on each option?
On 3″×3″, 4″×4″ and 5.5″×5.5″ the banjo square is the entire sticker, so expect about 3, 4 and 5½ inches of art. The 15″×3.75″ option prints it at about 3¾ inches (9.5 cm) per side instead of stretching it into a strip.
Which kind of banjo is it?
It is drawn loosely as a banjo, plain and simple, without tying it to one style of instrument or one style of music. Whatever you play, it can stand in for yours.
Do the two words come as separate pieces?
No. The banjo, the notes and both words are printed together on one square, and the kiss cut runs around the outside of that square only.
