Is the gold metallic?

No. The gold is printed color on vinyl, with no foil, shine or raised texture.

Can I read QUEST ACCEPTED on the smallest size?

Yes, up close. The capitals are about a quarter inch tall on the 3″×3″, so the 5.5″×5.5″ is the pick if you want the words to show from across a room.

Do the cedar sprigs and orange slices come with it?

No. The cedar, dried oranges and wrapped gift in several photos are photo props. Only the sticker ships.
